SINGING TECHNIQUE FOR BEGINNER ADULTS

Always wanted to sing but think you can't? Think you're tone deaf or worse...that singing lessons are not going to work for you? Think the cost will be really expensive?Let us show you that singing is not just restricted to a select few, or just to something learnt in school, and that the cost can be very affordable. Best of all, let us show you how our small group singing class and coaching can ensure you receive proper and personal attention all the way, giving you the foundation and renewed inspiration to continue singing and practising throughout life as an enjoyable form of artistic expression.

Our brand new beginner singing class for adults will start on February 28th 2006 for a total of 8 lessons, every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm till 9.00pm. The House Jacks in Singapore!!

Review: Our local percussionist star, Peter Huang opened the show for the House Jacks (HJs). He introduced a song or 2 from his debut solo album which the instruments were vocalised by him using layering to create a 'band sound'. However, the audience didn't take to his performance. It was grating to the ears when he made certain sounds: more like noise than music to the ears. There was a slight limp in his leg since his recovery from an accident, which prevented him from dancing around the stage too much. I think it's better that he sticks to his vocal percussion than his weak singing or hiphop rap. People were more impressed with his percussion than him singing or rapping. Good & tight harmony I would say. If you have heard Wes Carrol, the group percussionist, Peter Huang seem amateurish. Real solid vocal percussion from Wes.
