"A Cappella is sometimes thought of as being minimalist, but when you can sing and entertain like The Idea Of North a band would just get in the way" - James Morrison

If you thought that 4-part harmony singing is meant only for barbershop music – think again! You won’t get another group singing jazz a cappella and sounding ever so creatively like TION. With clever arrangements by renown Australian musicians / arrangers, this jaw-dropping concert will surely inspire! 4 powerful and beautiful voices who will resound in the hall sounding like an ensemble of 6! The House Jacks in Singapore!!

Review: Our local percussionist star, Peter Huang opened the show for the House Jacks (HJs). He introduced a song or 2 from his debut solo album which the instruments were vocalised by him using layering to create a 'band sound'. However, the audience didn't take to his performance. It was grating to the ears when he made certain sounds: more like noise than music to the ears.
